Actuate Secures 6,922-Square-Foot Broadway Floor Near Golden Triangle

Actuate Facility Technologies has secured 6,922 square feet on the entire second floor of 1147 Broadway, along the Golden Triangle’s Broadway edge, according to a September 30, 2026 transaction announcement from its broker, SVN Denver Commercial. For people working nearby, the reported change is an incoming office tenant, rather than an opened storefront. SVN did not give a move-in date.

SVN describes the lease as an expansion for Actuate’s team. The company still lists 1401 Zuni Street, Suite 205, as its Denver address and says it provides equipment, maintenance and energy-management tools for organizations overseeing multiple facilities. Neither the address listing nor the lease announcement says whether Actuate will leave Zuni Street.

A larger office commitment

A November 2023 commercial real-estate report described a three-year, 2,155-square-foot Zuni Street sublease for Actuate. The Broadway lease reported by SVN covers more than three times that floor area. The comparison is between leases reported in different years; it does not establish a comparable increase in employees or in space currently occupied.

The building’s online marketing listing still advertises second-floor space and states 6,921 square feet, one square foot less than SVN’s figure. SVN’s transaction announcement is the source of the 6,922-square-foot lease figure. The practical milestone for the Broadway block is a reported full-floor office commitment; when that commitment becomes a daily presence remains undated.
